With our new Convention Centre and the advent of digital technology, everything is now possible for your events. At Atlantia, state-of-the-art technology works hand-in-hand with your events, and La Baule Events works with its innovative partners to offer you creative digital applications and connected services dedicated to tomorrow’s professional meetings.

Traditional or electrically –powered projectors, personalised gobos, digital sound, multi-casting et simultaneous translation…our Son et Lumière Light show will bring all these possibilities to your event.

Video today is an integral tool in event management. At Atlantia, we offer you a new technological range of services: video projector with 20,000 lumens, info-décor, video mapping, streaming and the possibility of video-conferencing in workshops. 

Atlantia Convention Centre owns the stands and wall posters allowing the diffusion of scientific knowledge of its exhibitions in an ecologically responsible manner.

Our teams take care of setting up your exhibitions and shows and also provide the entire service: set-up, furniture, decoration, reception and storage of parcels, storing exhibition documents and pieces, registration management ….

We will custom-make the room’s decor, stage, staircase or screens…we will decorate whatever you like, according to your taste and imagination!

We offer dynamic display with our 9 screens 48’’HD with complete device programming allowing users to be directed and informed accordingly.  Our digital capacity is further supported with totem A3 colour printouts for signage. For the façade of the Convention Centre, we can offer you our 150 sqm video wall which we can personalise for you using the modular window panels.

With the possibility of up to 1,000 simultaneous broadband WIFI connections, stay connected all through your event and offer your participants a unique experience! Allow your guests to mix before, during and after the event. Make your room interactive, stage your Plenary session and captivate your public (we can provide tablets). Encourage networking and measure your event’s success! You can also opt for individual WIFI connection through our own 4G hotspot.

To give your participants a lasting souvenir and make your event the talk-of-the-town, install a Selfie photo or video booth or get them to try a brand-new virtual reality by teleporting your guests to infinity!
